Holiday cottage Cortijo Mari with its private swimming pool and the two
terraces is an excellent retreat with ideal conditions for a calm, completely
private vacation under the Andalusian sun. An ideal place to switch off and totally
relaxes settled on a 4 acres farm with vegetable gardens and olive trees situated
in the green semi-tropical valley of the "Rio Guadalfeo"

note of pony riding for children below. The swimming pool
is surrounded by a gree lawn and situated in front of the house. There is an external
shower beside the pool and a well sized bricked grill with tab.
Directly
in front of the cottage there is a partially covered terrace with stairs that
go up to a large roof terrace that offers spectacular panoramic views.
The
cottage is accessed from the terrace which leads into the lounge with dining area
and open-plan kitchen.
The property is accessed by a 300m private track in
good condition. There are also parking spaces near to the house.
Orgiva,
with supermarkets, restaurants, banks with ATM's and medical help is 5 minutes
by car.
The coast or the beautiful city of Granada are easily accessible for
day trips and take approximately an hour by car from Orgiva.

Swimming pool from 01/04 to end of October.
Smaller
pets with special permision. We charge 40 EUR a week for each animal to
cover cleaning costs. Also, a refundable deposit of 150 EUR is required.
