Terms and Conditions

All rates are subject to taxes and fees where applicable.

All rates, dates, taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.

Rates are quoted per person for tour activities and packages.

Rates are quoted per room for lodge only reservations.

Packages/Fox Island Overnight:
Online bookings require payment in full at the time of booking. All other bookings require a $250 per person deposit within seven days of booking and full payment 60 days prior to travel. All bookings within 60 days of travel require full payment at time of booking. Full refund for cancellations made 61 days or more prior to travel. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to date of travel are nonrefundable.

Kenai Fjords Tours/Prince William Sound Cruises & Tours:
All online bookings require payment in full at the time of booking. All other bookings require 50% deposit of total booking within seven days and full payment 30 days prior to date of service. Bookings made within 30 days of date of service require full payment at time of booking. Full refund for cancellations made 15 days or more prior to travel. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to date of travel are nonrefundable. Kenai Fjords Tours and Prince William Sound Cruises & Tours may make cancellations if weather or other conditions prevail. In this case, Kenai Fjords Tours and Prince William Sound Cruises & Tours are liable for only the funds paid to them. If weather or sea conditions allow cruising in Resurrection Bay only, Kenai Fjords Tours may modify a National Park Tour and will refund $40 per full-fare adult and $20 per full-fare child.

Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge/Seward Windsong Lodge:
All online bookings require payment in full at the time of booking. All other bookings a deposit of the first night’s stay is required. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the date of travel. Full refunds are provided for cancellations made 15 days or more prior to date of service. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to date of travel are nonrefundable.

Tour Add-ons and Transportation:
Cancellation and deposit policies are dependent on entity.
