How
long does it take to process my order?
Non-personalized orders are processed within 2-business days.
Personalized orders are processed within 7-business days. Processing
time is not shipping time.
Can
I get a personalized order processed sooner than 7-days?
Yes. For a $15.00 rush fee, we can process your order in 3-business
days instead of 7-business days. Please e-mail us if you would
like an order rushed.
How
long does it take to ship my order?
In addition to the processing time, there is shipping time.
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in California.

Do
you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
Yes. Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at
2 1/2 times the Express rate. See table above.
Do
you ship to Canada?
Yes. Shipping charges to Canada are calculated at 2 1/2 times
the Express rate. See table above. You are responsible for all
Canadian duties and taxes.
Can
you e-mail me the tracking number for my order?
We do not e-mail tracking number since tracking numbers are
available in the My Account area.
What
are the acceptable payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do
you drop ship?
Yes.
Do
you charge a drop ship fee?
No. There is no drop ship fee, ever.
Is
there a membership fee to become a reseller?
No. There is absolutely no membership fee.
Do
you send out free samples?
No, but you can purchase just one of any of our non-personalized
products.
Do
resellers have your permission to use your images?
Yes, all resellers are permitted to use our images for reasons
of selling, marketing, and promoting United Gifts products.
Do
you include an invoice with my order?
We never include an invoice with your order. All invloices can
be viewed, and downloaded in the My Account area.
What
is your return policy?
We offer an unconditional money back guarantee. All requests
for refunds must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving
the order. All requests for missing items or incomplete orders
must be communicated within 7 days of receiving the order. Shipping
charges are nonrefundable. Your order must be returned in its
originally boxed condition. Please email us before doing so,
so that we may give you return shipping instructions. If vendors
pay with a credit card, we will "credit" their card for the
refund amount in a timely manner. Defective products can be
returned for replacement of the same exact product. All returned
merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight. No refunds are
given past 14-days of purchase date.
Personalized items, all chocolate and candy items, or orders
made to order are nonrefundable. We are not responsible if the
vendor has provided the wrong date or incorrect or misspelled
text, so please verify your dates and spelling of the text content
very carefully. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. If we made
a printing error, the product will need to be returned to us.
All requests for refunds must be communicated to us within 7
days of receiving the order. We will either reprint the order,
or refund their purchase price. In an effort to provide the
best quality product, we reserve the right to modify our wrapper/label
designs of the personalized products at any time without notification.
All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight. No
refunds are given past 30-days of purchase date.
Can
I cancel my order?
Cancellations must be made within 24-hours of placing an order.
Since an order can be shipped in less than 24-hours canceling
order is not always possible.
Do
you ship outside of the USA?
We only ship to US and Canadian addresses. Other than Canada,
we do not ship to any other foreign country.
Do
you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we must be provided a non-PO Box physical address for
shipping.
