College Road Team

Road teams will consist of two or three young, energetic people who thrive on personal contact and traveling the country from college to college. The goal of the show is to drive sales of STS spring break packages, and to maintain existing relationships with our customer base. In your adventures you will meet lots of fun people, see new places, and get paid to do it!

STS has a number of tours ranging from 2 to 4 weeks starting the end of August and running until Thanksgiving (about 12 weeks). STS is looking to hit over 120 different colleges during this time period. You will be asked to work everyday on a floating schedule. Therefore each team member must have a good work ethic (hardworking, high energy, responsible, and outgoing). Your earnings will be performance based, so the smarter and harder you work, the more money you will make. Each team member must be a college graduate, have a valid drivers license, and be open-minded. Your job will be hitting a list of colleges provided to you by STS. On-Site Resort Staff

The On-Site Representative will represent Student Travel Services in Cancun, Acapulco, Negril, Montego Bay, The Bahamas, Panama City and Daytona Beach, assisting with STS's on site programs. They will also provide help with promoting parties, meet and greet arrivals at airports, help resolve problems with accommodations, etc. This position is available in the Spring from February to April. Actual amount of time on-site varies depending on destination. The Ideal STS On Site Representative is responsible, a recent college graduate, and fluent in languages other than English (Spanish preferred). Sales/Marketing Travel Agent Sales Department

Full time positions are available at our Baltimore headquarters in our Travel Agent Sales Department for personable, energetic and outgoing individuals. Primary duties will be to maintain Travel Agent accounts as well as recruiting new accounts. The position will require some travel and the ability to work well with others. A college degree and/or travel industry experience is preferred but not necessary. Benefits include a competitive salary, medical, dental and bonus. Sales/Marketing Rep Associates

STS is looking for a few motivated, outgoing individuals to work full time in our home office in Baltimore, MD. Duties will include supporting our Regional Sales Staff, Processing information requests, and working with Campus Sales Reps. Position will require some travel. A college degree is preferred but not necessary. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Corel Draw is a plus. Benefits include a competitive salary, medical, dental, commission and incentives. Travel industry experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidates are motivated individuals who are willing to work hard and enjoy working in customer service.
