Lying peacefully in the tranquil rural area of Ternelles, C´an Solivellas is perfectly placed for plenty of scenic splendour and delightfully easy acces to the beaches and vared anenities of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa, both of wihich are about eight kilometres away. The old town of Pollensa is only two kilometres away and it is here that the nearest shops, bars, restaurants can be found. Boasting lovely views across the surrounding countryside to the craggy mountains in the distance, a paved terrace surrounds the L-shaped swimming pool overlooked by a shaded patio and a scenic roof terrace. On the ground floor of the house is an open-plan living room where a lounge and a kitchen/dining area have doors onto the pool side terrace. One of the bathrooms is also downstairs. Reached by two steep staircaises, the first floor is home to the villa´s four bedrooms, one of which has a sunken bath.
