Rebotec Crutches are Imported exclusively by Award Prosthetics from Germany for the North American market. 

The removable handgrips are fastened to the plastic handle with a threaded screw, using a 6mm Allan Key. Ensure that these remain tightened, especially if you exchange the handgrips from time to time. 

A nylon strap held on with snap studs is used to prevent you from dropping the crutches while removing your hands from the grips. This will allow you to "carry" the crutches. Replacement straps are $7.00/pair.

Neoprene rubber sleeves can be purchased for the non-anatomical handgrips at a price of $19.00/pair. Please specify 3mm or 5mm thickness. These come only in black. Replacement rubber handgrips are $18.00/pair for the round, ergonomic soft and $20.00/pair for the anatomical soft style. 

We also carry ice grip tips, which can be slipped over top of the regular tips. They are priced at $40.00/pair. Another item that’s popular is the square (70x70mm) "non-slip" rubber pad, which can be installed instead of the regular tips to increase gripping capacity on wet, soft and slippery surfaces. These are priced at $70.00/pair. Standard replacement crutch tips are $8.00/pair.

For All Rebotec Crutches except the Big 150's we have the tubes painted locally by a shop that does powder coating for wheelchairs and the colors available varies slightly but mostly we have the following available:

• Gun Metal - Charcoal Metallic

• Cosmic Blue - Med Blue Metallic

• Rainbow's End - Glossy Black with Metallic Sprinkled all over that changes color depending on lighting

• Fire Red - Glossy Red

• Black Magic - Matte Black

• Black - Glossy Black

• Reflective Silver - just as it sounds but it has the safety reflective properties like what is used on running clothes, bikes, etc

• Hammered Gold - just as it sounds
