Important Notice About Our Shipping Policy

Once your order has been placed & paid it will be processed and shipped within 2 - 3 Business Days. If your order is of a more urgent matter, please contact Bev or Tracy directly (604-298-0236) and arrange to have it sent express - Serious rush orders only, please. There will beadditional charges for rush orders. Please note that we areunable to guarantee these shipments.

Please note that our shipping charges are not added to your Paypal purchase at this time. 

We will calculate shipping charges manually from our shop and include them on your final invoice and shipping documentation. 

Smaller purchases, such as crutch tips or accessories will receive substantially lower rates than those listed here. See our Small Parcel Shipping Rates below.

**Please Note: If a parcel is refused by the receiving party and returned to us, there will be additional charges to ship out a replacement parcel.**
