Inquiries from the public help the BBB Wise Giving Alliance identify which national charities will be the subject of an evaluative report. (National charities can also request to be evaluated at their own initiative.) Click above if you would like to ask us about a charity you don't see listed in our index of reports or if you would like some additional information about any charity.
If you have a complaint about a charitable organization we will forward your filing to the organization and request that appropriate action be taken. Concerns about charity managment, or other issues relevant to our standards will be reviewed and when appropriate included in our written reports. If, for any reason, you are concerned about anonymity, you can:
- check the box to be anonymous, and your name and address will not be shared with the charity, or
