+	Being on a hill, it is a quiet location. Good view.
-	At the price, the value is not bad, but it would good to forewarn inquirers that the beds are heavy monsters that cannot allow covers to be tucked in if you are not quite strong, there is no phone in the room, just out in the hall. There are about 25 steps to climb to enter; it is not constructed as a hotel. Apparently it is primarily a student dorm. It is a soviet built big building - not a guest house. The shower curtain does not reach far enough around the stall, so the floor will be wet. Pubkic transportation is accessible at the botom of the hill - a 5 minute walk. We are in our 70s, so it was not really suitable for us.

+	We had a good stay in the Ballasi guest house , the vieuw was perfect . We didn't stay for dinner and in the weekend there was no breakfast.The friezer was perfect.
-	We were satisfied because the price of the hotel was not much and the price was right . We did miss a tv.

-	By ordering the rooms online it was denied that your house serves breakfast and we were very surprised to find a very nice, small and cheap breakfast lounge in your basement area by accident (no comment by staff when incoming) and those people were so nice

+	The place is very good. The view if fine and it´s near of the Citadella and downtown. People of frontdesk are heplfull.
-	I asked for towel for 2 days. Only in the third I got it. The payment in advance was a surprise to me. The bedrooms are very hot, and in the rainny day, my room was under the water.

+	Large room with bathroom. One of the reception girls was very nice, helpful and cheery.
-	There were limited facilities. No internet, washing facilities and the canteen wasn't open until after about 10am and closed at 3pm.

-	The staff was little passive. When I came to the Hotel, the receptionist looked like very unkeen to fix my arrival to the Hotel. Felt like I had bothered her.

+	The place is very quiet. Moreover it is close to the city center (a few minutes by bus). Rooms are wide and some of them offers a really panoramic view on the city
-	The room was not very clean. It was evident that the room has not been properly cleaned before we toke possession (e.g. we found crumbs and hairs on the floor). Moreover the bathroom had serious problems with the drainage system and we needed to change room.

+	A recepciós kisasszony nagyon készséges és kedves volt.
-	Azt ígérte a recepciós kisasszony, hogy a másik hotelben (Charles) a reggelinél kapok 20% kedvezményt. Hát ott bizony nem vettek tudomást erről, még a kupon átadása ellenére sem. Így hát megmaradt a kupon.

-	Airco of ventilator is bij 40° wekom! Jammer dat we enkel een optie hadden om te ontbijten in hotel Charles waar de prijzen toch vrij hoog lagen. Misschien een speciaal ontbijt of een andere prijs voorzien voor de Balacci gasten? Verder waren ze in hotel Charles wel zeer vriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam!!!

+	Számunkra megfelelő volt a szálló elhelyezkedése, mindenhova könnyen eljutottunk és nem utolsó sorban a mérsékelt árral is elégedettek voltunk.

+	De ligging i.c.m. de prijs was prima. Laten we eerlijk zijn. Voor de gevraagde prijs kan men niet veel vewachten en ik ben al gauw tevreden met een schoon bed en de mogelijkheid van en douche en beide waren aanwezig.
-	Moeilijk om hier iets te zeggen. Misschien het ontbreken van de mogelijkheid van een ontbijt? Het is vooor het eerst dat ik in een studentenhuis geslapen heb dus ik heb geen vergelijkingsmateriaal.
