e-see is an online hosted application. No proprietary or special software is
required by users to use the system.
All users and managers need is a standard web browser, an internet connection
and an email address.
Generally users can connect and access the e-see system with the standard web
browser factory configuration. However sometimes users or their IT departments
will make changes to the configuration settings either inadvertently or to lock
down browser security and privacy.
e-see is SSL secured online application and requires that session cookies are enabled.
Alternatively if your IT department won't allow this, that www.e-see.com is added
to the managed domain list where cookies are allowed.

With the browser application open.
- Click on the Tools menu item at the top of the page.
- Then select the Internet Options item in the drop down menu.
- Then click on the
<Privacy> tab at the top of the Internet Options dialogue box (window).
- Then click on the
<Advanced> button under the Settings section.
- Then make sure the Override Automatic Cookie Handling box is checked. If
not then check the box.
- Then Change the settings as follows. First Party Cookies should be set
to: Accept, Third party Cookies should be set to: Prompt or Block. Always
allow session cookies should be checked.
- Click
, then OK again to close the dialogue box (window).
- Close and restart Internet Explorer and try to logon again.
If you still cannot logon there may be another configuration issue. Please

With the browser application open.
- Click on the Safari menu item at the top of the page
- Then select the Preferences item in the drop down menu.
- Then click on the < security > tab at the top of the preferences
dialogue box (window).
- Then make sure the 'Accept Cookies: Always box" is checked. If not then
check the box.
- Then make sure the 'Ask before sending a non-secure form to a secure
website' box is checked. If not then check the box.
- Close dialogue box.
- Close and restart Safari and try to logon again.
If you still cannot logon there may be another configuration issue. Please

With the browser application open.
- Click on the Explorer menu item at the top of the page,
- Then select the Preferences item in the drop down menu.
- Then click on the < Receiving Files > tab at the left side of the
Internet Explorer Preferences dialogue box (window).
- Then click on the < Cookies > from the drop down list under < Receiving
Files >.
- Then make sure 'When receiving cookies:' drop down menu is set to 'Never
ask'.
- Click
to close the dialogue box (window)
- Close and restart Internet Explorer and try to logon again.
