Homestay Services and Procedures:

1. We have a database of families or homestays that have been carefully selected.

2. In order to assist with finding an appropriate homestay, we require a completed online application and application fee. Please pay attention to all questions including required school or college name and address with postal code. This information will assist us locate you as close as possible to your school or college.

3. Once we receive your application and the fee, we match your request with a suitable family and reply to you with a proposal hoping that the information and photos of the homestay presented to you would meet your expectations.

4. When you accept a homestay that we proposed to you, we will call the host family and make tentative arrangements.

5. We hope to present host family with your complete profile including a digital photograph of you. Please include a photo in your application in order to introduce to your host.

6. At this point, if all acceptable, you should make a reservation and submit your payment to guarantee your booking.

7. Once you guaranteed your reservation, we will email you a final confirmation and will also include:

   1. Host family contact information (address, telephone, & email). You may wish to contact the host family by sending a post card or email before arrival.

   2. Any other important information.

   3. Airport pick up instructions.

8. For airport pick-up service, we will require your arrival details including flight number, arrival date and arrival time. A representative will meet you at the airport, drive you with your luggage to your homestay, and introduce you to your host.
