VICTORIA HOMESTAY - PROGRAM COSTS

You will find here information regarding levels of homestay accommodations that Vancouver Homestay Agency offers and rates are as following:

Above rates are based on single occupancy in a private room and valid between until December 31st, 2007.
All rates and homestay fees are in Canadian dollars.
Couples sharing the same room are welcome at one and half time of all rates.
Daily rates apply with a minimum stay of one week and a maximum of three weeks.
One time placement fee is required as following:

Homes are different; therefore, we take the time to check all accommodations and make sure that they meet our minimum standards. Therefore, all homestays will include the following:

English speaking host family
Private room with a window
Comfortable bed (includes linen, duvet cover, blanket and two pillows)
Night table, lamp, and alarm clock/radio
Work desk with chair and desk lamp
Closet and a mirror
Access to TV with cable channels in the living room
Private or shared bathroom
If meals included: See B&B, 2 meals, or 3 meals plans

Levels of homestay accommodations:

The following is a comparison between three types of homestay accommodations

Cancelation Policy: Application fee is non-refundable. Homestay fees are refundable at 75% of the unused portion of the stay. Subject to 4 weeks advance notice.
