Product Descriptions

Babyfactoryusa attempts to describe the products available on the website as accurately as possible, with the information provided by the product manufacturer or supplier. Babyfactoryusa does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product described on the website is not as described when you receive, or is defective, damaged or broken, your sole remedy is to return it to us in unused and undamaged condition in accordance with our return policy, which is described below.

Return Policy

Our standard return policy accepts most returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. All returned products to be approved for a refund, must be in un-used & un-damaged condition (defined below). We will even pay for the shipping costs if the item is manufacturer's defective or if we sent you the wrong item. We will process your return promptly within 2 weeks of receiving the item. Any order that was placed using a promotional certificate, or discount shipping will not be refunded the promotional price, the customer remains responsible for actual shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge or with our promotional ground shipping of $6.95. (Actual freight bills can be provided when necessary.)

Returns of Items over 5 lbs.

There is a very small restocking fees (approx 5% - 26 %) which will be applied on a case by case basis, for items returned over 5 lbs. The exact percentage of restocking fee for a product can be known by emailing returns@babyfactoryusa.com. We don't want to make any money on returns, however we request you for the charges we incur to repack & store the item in our warehouse.

Why ?

We have resources who are spending time to inspect your package, unpack & repack your package & restock the item in our warehouse, The return process not only includes people's time but also packaging material, warehouse accessories to move & store your package ( over 5 lbs.). We work on the best case senario & intend to take the burden of these costs, but for reasons beyond our control, there sometimes could be a small restocking fees applied to approved returns.

Please Note:

·Personalized products CANNOT BE RETURNED or EXCHANGED.
·Shipping charges and gift-wrap charges CANNOT be refunded.

What is classified as Un-Used – Un-Damaged?

Un-used & un-damaged products are defined as products in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories. un-used & un-damaged must be not dirty, not washed or have any damage caused by use. Please note that due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.

Can I Return a Gift?

Gifts cannot be returned or refunded, without authorization by the authorized purchaser of the product. Gift-wrap charges cannot be refunded.

What is the Return Policy for Custom Made / Special Order Products?

There are few items in our baby bedding; clothing, room decor, furniture & bedding accessories, which are custom made for our customers & are subject to our special order, return policy. All our custom made / special order products have a notification on our product description page, informing customers that these products are made specially made for them. For example, if you order a hand painted rocking chair, our artisans spend approximately 1 - 2 weeks only on your order to paint the rocking chair. As these items are crafted to your specifications, & ordered directly from the manufacturer, we cannot stock these items.

All returns & cancellations of custom made / special order products are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Shipping charges or gift-wrap charges cannot be returned.

All fabric and personalized items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been sent to the manufacturer.

How do I return an Item?

All return requests must be made within 14 days of the product arrival date. We are unable to accept returns on used items.
We are unable to accept unauthorized returns. Please make sure to contact customer service via email with the following information below, BEFORE returning an item to us. Please note that we are unable to issue a credit for any shipping costs associated with the delivery and/or the return of items. In the event that we sent you the wrong item(s), we will pay for all shipping costs associated with the shipment to your location and back to our warehouse.

The following are the 5 steps that must be taken by you as a customer to return an item:

1. Please provide the following information VIA E-MAIL to returns@babyfactoryusa.com

·Your Name

·Order Number

·Product Number of products to be returned

·Product Name

·Condition of the items to be returned

a. Complete or missing pieces/parts
b. Undamaged or damaged
c. Reason for return request

2. We will issue you a ship to location and a Return Authorization (RA) number & a return address - YOU MUST OBTAIN THIS NUMBER BEFORE SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCT. The goods associated with this RA number must be post marked within 14 days of the numbers issuance.

3. Please make sure to clearly mark your RA number on the shipping label of your package. Please do not write your number directly on your box - only on the shipping label.

4. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you ship your package in a way that allows you to track the shipment and receive proof of delivery & kindly email us the tracking number for us to expect your package.

5. Once an item has been received at our warehouse, it can take up to 2 weeks to process a credit to your account. We will notify you via e-mail once a credit has been issued. You can check on the status of your return at any time by contacting customer service via email .
