- All graphics and images remain trademarks of SmarterTools, Inc.
- Any use of a graphic or image is in conjunction with the use, promotion, distribution,
advertisement, or is otherwise directly related to SmarterTools and/or its products
- Graphics and images may not be distorted, changed, modified, color changed/enhanced,
or otherwise altered in any way
- All uses of graphics and images must reflect a positive impression of SmarterTools
and/or its products
