Seattle Homestay has a database of host families or homestays that have been carefully pre-screened and selected to join our program. It includes enough built information to help us match a suitable host who meets your needs.
In order to assist with finding an appropriate homestay, we require a completed online application form with all information required to match you properly with your host. Once we receive your application, we will start the matching process a suitable family from our database. We will keep in mind factors like as less commute as possible besides the important requests mentioned in your application. We will suggest a suitable host or more depending on availability and reply to you shortly with homestay suggestion according to your needs. However, we will call the host family to confirm availability and we present host family with your request including a digital photograph if you sent us one. When the host family accepts, we will email to you a host family profile that will include:
At this point, you will need to email us if you accept the host family. If you do we will make a tentative reservation with the host and send you our invoice for payment to guarantee your homestay booking. |
