Above monthly rates are based on single occupancy in a private room. For double occupancy the chosen rate will be multiplied by one and a half times. All homestay rates are in US dollar currency. *Short stay rates apply to occupancy of 21 days or less. It may include breakfast and dinner. Our minimum stay is 10 days and minimum age is 17 years old.

Refund Policy: |
Agency placement fee is non-refundable. Homestay fees are refundable at 75% of the unused portion of homestay provided that a minimum four weeks notice is submitted in writing to the agency in advance.
