TORONTO HOMESTAY PROGRAM RATES

You will find here information regarding levels of homestay that THA offers and lower homestay rates that starts at:

Above rates are based on single occupancy in a private room.
All rates and homestay fees are in Canadian dollars.
Couples or friends sharing the same room are welcome at one and half time of all above rates.
* Daily rates apply to stay of three weeks or less.
One time placement fee is required as following:

Application Fee	CAD $200	CAD $300
*Healthcare Insurance	CAD $2/day
*Airport pick up	CAD $80

(*) optional but certainly recommended.

Homes are different; therefore, we take the time to check all Agency and make sure that they meet our minimum standards. Therefore, all Homestays will include the following:

English speaking host family
Private room with a window
Comfortable bed (includes linen, duvet cover, blanket and two pillows)
Night table, lamp, and alarm clock/radio
Work desk with chair and desk lamp
Closet and a mirror
Access to TV with cable channels in the living room
Private or shared bathroom
If meals included: See B&B, 2 meals, or 3 meals plans
