L. Carole Thomason Carole joined the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs Administration in April, 2007, as the IT Coordinator. She previously worked at ETSU from 2000-2003 as an Academic User Liaison within OIT's Academic Technology Support (ATS) division, instructing faculty and staff with using many software programs including Blackboard. She brings to her new position in ORSPA over 20 years experience in adult education and computer training. Carole holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology, both from ETSU.
