If you receive a damaged or defective HookOff™, or are not satisfied with our product, please send the HookOff™ back to us at the address listed below. If the product was damaged in shipment, a new HookOff™ will be sent to you free of charge. Return or replacement requests must be received within 14 days of delivery. Usage will void any return options.

All HookOff™ orders are shipped by regular First Class Mail. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.
