Processing Time For a Standard Order
We require a minimum of 48 hours to process any order.
Harsh preservatives are not used in any of the products we offer you. When necessary, only the mildest preservatives are used. For this reason we try to keep our on-hand stock to a minimum. This ensures that you receive the freshest product available. PLEASE NOTE - this may slightly delay shipping. We will notify you of this should this occur.

SHIPPING METHOD - Shipping to Canada is by Canada Post Air Mail Service. Orders are received within 2 - 7 days.
- Shipping to USA is by Canada Post Air Mail or Expedited Service. Orders are received within 1 - 2 weeks.
- International countries by Canada Post, Ground. Orders are received within 3 - 6 weeks.
- If you prefer via FedEx, please contact us first. We will advise you in advance of the shipping charges.
- All orders are processed within 2 days of receipt, unless your order is out-of-stock. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Should any of your items be out of stock, you will be notified via email.
PAYMENT All orders must be paid in advance of shipping. Currently we can accept the following forms of payment: TAXES Our USA customers may be subject to pay applicable duties. Our Canadian customers are subject to pay GST and/or PST taxes.
