 Homestay requirements:

All host families should have the following minimum requirements:

  1. Speak English to communicate with our guests.

  2. Offer private room for each guest or couple.

  3. Room must have a comfortable bed and clean linen

  4. Room should include a closet, desk and chair.

  5. Room must window and day light

  6. Host family allow at least 10 minute shower per day

  7. Host family must have an Internet access

  8. Host family should have at least one day a week free for outdoor activities with the guest.

  9. Upon guest arrival, host family should familiarize guest with area, and give the guest some good safety tips.

  10. Host family should speak Mandarin to those guests students who are learning or studying Mandarin.
