This Historically designated Italianate house located at 310 Ontario Street in Stratford, was built for George B. Riddell, a railway engineer. It features many characteristics of the period - elegant principal rooms, a marble fireplace, sunny bay windows and welcoming verandah. Tasteful renovations have brought the home into the 21st century, and it was chosen for the designer home for the year 2000. As you step into the Victorian entrance hall, your eye is drawn to the beautiful curve of the stairway accentuated by the cherry banister, and Victorian newel post statuette welcoming you to the relaxing atmosphere of the second floor staterooms. Visit our Stratford Ontario Bed and Breakfast destination guide for things "to see and do". This lovely Accommodation is situated in Southwestern Ontario, Canada.
