The Prize: Search Engine Optimization (“SEO”) Package for Real Estate Professionals

The prize package has a term of six months, and a value of approximately $9,000. It includes:

1. Assignment of an SEO account representative as a primary point of contact.
2. An SEO Report Card (evaluation of existing on-site and off-site SEO efforts).
3. Strategic consulting on which SEO efforts can most effectively be used to improve the winner’s website rankings. VKI will then implement the agreed plan, which may include any or all of the following:
   • Web Page Optimization (On-page SEO) including:
     • Keyword/Meta tags research and implementation
     • Design and layout recommendations
     • SEO sitemap
     • Internal linking structure
   • Copywriting (maximum – 2000 words)
   • Submission to Online Directories
   • Reporting, Maintenance and Consulting
4. VKI Studios will provide a monthly reciprocal link building program with a target of approximately 75 related links per month.
5. VKI Studios will provide expertise on:
   • Search engine algorithm updates and best practices
   • Search engine relationships
   • Search engine market share
   • Search engine trends
   • Search Engine inclusion (is your website penalized?)

Terms and Conditions:

The winner will be selected in a random draw from all entries received. The draw will be held at VKI Studios on November 22nd, 2006. The winner will be informed via telephone or email.

The prize cannot be transferred to any other individual or 3rd party. It has no cash value, and cannot be substituted for any other services. The winner will be required to sign a VKI Studios SEO service agreement for a six month contract with a zero dollar fee.

Once selected, the winner has 30 days to submit his/her working website to VKI Studios. If the winner does not submit a working website within 30 days of the draw, the prize is void.

VKI Studios reserves the right to update the terms and conditions of the contest at any time.
