What are the shipping costs and times?
All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday ( excluding bank holidays). Orders placed by 3pm will be dispatched on the same day. If you require a next day delivery service after this time please enquire as during quieter times we will be able to dispatch your order.
AllFancyDress.com offers various options for delivery which also vary in cost. The following options are currently available:
Customer Collection
- If you live or work close to our warehouse you may purchase your costume
through the website and collect from us free between 09.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
- Please follow the following steps for collection:
- 1. Choose delivery option Customer Collect
- 2. After completing your address details, choose the alternative delivery address option.
- 3. Within each of the address fields add the word COLLECT and select our postcode SS12 9JQ.
- Please note you cannot visit the warehouse to place your order and the business is not set up with facilities to try your costume on.
UK Recorded Standard Delivery (3 to 4 days by 17:00)
- £4.95 for any number of items ordered.
- Delivery: Monday to Saturday.
- You may choose an alternative address for delivery, i.e. neighbour or work
- If no-one is available to sign for the delivery the parcel will be taken to the local post office for collection.
- If the parcel is not collected within 7 days it will be returned to us
- Insurance is upgraded to cover the total amount for loss or damage.
UK Special Delivery (2 Day Delivery By 13:00)
- £7.95 for any number of items ordered.
- Delivery Monday to Friday.
- You may choose an alternative address for delivery, ie neighbour or work
- If no-one is available to sign for the delivery the parcel will be taken to the local post office for collection.
- If the parcel is not collected within 7 days it will be returned to us
- Insurance is upgraded to cover the total amount for loss or damage.
UK Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery By 13:00)
- £9.95 for any number of items ordered.
- Delivery Monday to Friday.
- You may choose an alternative address for delivery, ie neighbour or work
- If no-one is available to sign for the delivery the parcel will be taken to the local post office for collection.
- If the parcel is not collected within 7 days it will be returned to us
- Insurance is upgraded to cover the total amount for loss or damage.
UK Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery By 09:00)
- £16.95 for any number of items ordered.
- Delivery: Monday to Friday.
- You may choose an alternative address for delivery, ie neighbour or work
- If no-one is available to sign for the delivery the parcel will be taken to the local post office for collection.
- If the parcel is not collected within 7 working days it will be returned to us
- Insurance is upgraded to cover the total amount for loss or damage.
UK Saturday Delivery (Saturday Delivery By 13:00)
- £16.95 for any number of items ordered.
- Delivery: Saturday.
- If no-one is available to sign for the delivery the parcel will be taken to the local post office for collection.
- If the parcel is not collected within 7 working days it will be returned to us
- Insurance is upgraded to cover the total amount for loss or damage.
- The Saturday delivery option is for residential addresses only.
BFPO: British Forces Post Office
- £7.95 for any number of items ordered.
- Parcels will be delivered next day to Mill Hill BFPO delivery service.
- The parcel will then be sent to the required destination.
- Delivery times vary depending on the location.
- This delivery service may take an extra 3 days to the other royal mail services advertised.

Royal Mail International Airmail Delivery
- £16.99 European Countries (Includes Republic Of Ireland)
- £37.99 Rest Of World
The prices are based on an average parcel weight and size. Should the order be too heavy or too large we will contact you to confirm the additional delivery fee. If you do not wish to pay the additional fee you may cancel the order.
Loss and Damaged Items Allfancydress has the responsibility to claim compensation from the carrier on the customers behalf should items be lost or damaged.
Allfancydress will not accept liability for any claim for items lost or damaged.
Non Collection If no-one is available to sign for the delivery the parcel will be taken to the local post office for collection.
If the parcel is not collected within 5 days - Recorded delivery or 7 days - Special Delivery the items will be returned to us.
In the event of Non Collection we reserve the right to apply a £7.95 administration fee.
The same fee also applies to any parcel refused when delivered on time.
Upgraded Delivery Service If the weight of a recorded or special delivery order exceeds 3KG in weight we reserve the right to upgrade your delivery to a courier service. You will be notified of any change in delivery.
How do I track my order? As soon as your order has been processed by our payment gateway it will appear in the "Past Orders" section of your "Account". Orders that have just been received will be set to a status of "Entered" until a member of our despatch team processes it.
