How do I get to Vancouver Island?

Via Vancouver:

Air Canada, partnered with United Airlines, operates frequent daily flights from Vancouver as well as direct flights from both Calgary and Toronto. Flights from Vancouver are only about 20 minutes.

BC Ferries operates car and passenger ferries from Horseshoe Bay and Tswwassen, south of Vancouver, departing at least every other hour beginning at 7am with a final sailing at 9pm. Reservations for vehicles can be made with an additional charge.

Pacific Coach Lines operates frequent daily bus service between both downtown Vancouver and Vancouver International Airport to downtown Victoria and Nanaimo via BC Ferries.

Victoria Clipper is a high-speed passenger catamaran operating between downtown Seattle and Victoria 's inner harbour. Sailings take approximately two and a half hours and operate at least twice daily.

Horizon Air partnered with Alaska Airlines offers frequent daily flights between SeaTac, Seattle international airport, and Victoria International Airport. Flights are approximately 45 minutes.

Kenmore Air Seaplanes operate daily flights between Seattle and Victoria harbours. Flights are approximately 35 minutes.

Black Ball Transport's M.V. Coho is both a passenger and vehicle ferry operating between Port Angeles, WA and Victoria's inner harbour. Sailings are at least twice daily and take approximately an hour and a half. It is not possible to make reservations.

Washington State Ferries leave from Anacortes, 90 miles north of Seattle through the San Juan Islands to Sidney B.C. Once daily in the fall and spring and twice daily in the summer months, the scenic crossing takes about 3 hours. We take vehicles, buses or motor homes and passengers.
