KCOM Group PLC provides a range of integrated IT and communications services to businesses, and internet and telecommunications services to selected consumer markets, within the UK.
Through our portfolio of ICT businesses, we work with both leading private enterprise customers and public sector organisations. Our Affiniti, Smart421 and JAM IP brands deliver solutions that include unified communications, contact centre solutions, data management, applications integration and managed services.
The Group also includes a regionally-focused business, Kingston Communications, which supports small to medium-sized businesses. Through its KC and Eclipse brands, the Kingston Communications business offers a wide range of internet-based and telecommunications services to this market, as well as to value-added resellers and other third parties who deliver Kingston Communications services and solutions to their own customers via their own brands.
The regional business also provides telephony and internet services to targeted consumers through its KC, Eclipse and Karoo brands.
The Group also includes a specialist directory publishing unit and outsourced contact centre provider, both of which operate under the KCOM Group brand.
The Group has been listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1999 and employs more than 2,700 people across the UK.
