We will accompany you and your party to the Westmark Shee Atika, and assist you with your hotel check-in. Together, we'll complete fishing licenses and king salmon stamps, familiarize you with our meal vouchers, and answer all of your questions. We will also be pleased to secure those dinner reservations you may want while you are out fishing.
The morning after you have arrived for your Alaska fishing vacation, a wonderful breakfast of your choice will be served. Your driver will be ready to take you to the harbor where your deckhand will be awaiting your arrival and will assist you in beginning your Alaska fishing charter.
Every day you fish with us your "catch" is prepared to your specifications. You may want your salmon steaked or filleted, whole side fillets for your Bar-B-Q, or maybe smoked? Feel free to change your mind daily.
Within hours of being harvested by you, your seafood has been steaked or filleted, packaged in portions for 2, labeled, vacuum-sealed in 4 mil bags, and flash frozen to -25 degrees. Just think, every time you open the freezer to get out more of your catch, you will be flooded with memories of your Alaska fishing trip in beautiful Sitka.
Our Alaska charter fishing season is from May thru early September. You can choose the time of year that you like to fish by the Salmon species you want to target.
*May and June are King Salmon
*July, August, and early September is predominantly Coho.
Halibut, Rock Cod, and Yellow Eye are available all season long.
A Ling Cod Closure is in effect from June 15th thru August 15th. Ling Cod Re-Opens August 16th. There is a slot limit for Ling Cod. During the Ling Cod opening, Ling Cod between 30 to 40 inches may be retained.
