“What are the rules for checking in and checking out?"
Check-in to your apartment begins at 13:00, and you must check out of the apartment by 11:00. If you arrive prior to 13:00, we can keep your baggage until 13:00 or whenever you would like to check in. Checking in prior to 13:00 can be arranged beforehand, but is possible only in rare instances. If your plane, train or bus is departing later in the day, you can always leave your luggage in our office from 11:00 in the morning until 8:00 at night.


"Are your rates for the whole apartment or each guest staying in it?"
Generally, the rates are for the apartment, but in certain cases with very large groups there may be an additional charge.


"Do all of your apartments include double beds?"
Most of our apartments include either double beds or two or more single beds which can be placed together in order to form a double bed.


"Does the price include breakfast?"
No, but with a kitchen in each apartment and always plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, you’ll always have options.


"Do your buildings have lifts/elevators?"
The majority of our sites have a lift/elevator. However, some of our older buildings do not. Please let us know in advance if this is a key issue for your party.


"Are your apartments well-secured?"
Security is a factor we emphasize in our apartments. Besides on-site security services, the neighborhoods we offer are always some of the safest in town.


"Can I bring a pet?"
No. Sorry, but there are no pets allowed inside our apartments.


"How many people are allowed to stay in an apartment?"
Studio apartment: 2-4 people, one-bedroom apartment: 2-4 people, two-bedroom apartment: 4-6 people, large apartment: 6-8 people, superior apartment: up to 11 people.


"How does the check-in procedure work?"
Our Berlin office is near the edge of the Old Town area and also within walking distance of our apartments. You can choose to meet us right at your apartment, but most of the time both us and our clients would rather meet at our office. If you’re coming via taxi, have it wait outside and one of our employees will accompany you to the apartment. What’s more, we will be available to help you during your whole trip. When you leave, simply leave the key inside the apartment.


"What if I want to reserve an apartment right away?"
Send us your request and write in the comments field that you would like to reserve the apartment provisionally. If the apartment is confirmed as available, your reservation will be secured, and we will send you a formal confirmation letter. If you require an even faster method, however, we recommend giving us a call and reserving over the telephone.


"How does my booking become secured?"
Before sending the confirmation letter, we will need your credit card number and expiration date. We have a 100% safe, encrypted site. If you do not receive your confirmation letter within several business hours, please contact us. You also have the option of sending us your credit card information via fax machine or over the phone.


"How long has your company existed?"
Our company was founded in Warsaw in the summer of 2000. We were the first company in the region maintaining serviced apartments. Nowadays, we offer a wide selection of services throughout all of Europe, and have the experience necessary to ensure that your visit is both safe and pleasant.


"Will I receive fresh towels and soap?"
Yes, and much more.


"Are there any additional fees?"
Yes, we charge a EUR 25 final cleaning charge. Also, if you need an extra bed or a baby bed, there will be a EUR 20 transportation fee. Finally, those arriving later than 23:00 will be charged an additional EUR 25.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Bad weather, illness, a change in plans or unexpected delays are not our liability. In cases where a confirmed reservation has been made and a client fails to let us know of their decision to cancel within seven days of the beginning of their stay, we unfortunately require a partial payment. Below are listed the maximum penalty amounts; whenever possible, we try to ask for less than this, except in cases of an absolute no-show. This fee will be automatically charged to your credit card.

Reservations for 1 or 2 apartments totaling under 21 days
Cancellation over 30 days before arrival: EUR 20 (administration fee)
Cancellation between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: 20% of the entire cost
Cancellation between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival: 30% of the entire cost
Cancellation between 7 and 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the entire cost
No-show or cancellation within 3 days of arrival: 100% of the entire cost


Reservations for over 2 apartments, or for visits of longer than 3 weeks
Cancellation over 30 days before arrival: 30% of the entire cost
Cancellation between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: 40% of the entire cost
Cancellation between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival: 60% of the entire cost
No-show or cancellation within 3 days of arrival: 100% of the entire cost
In rare instances, the availability of an apartment can change after a reservation has been secured. This can happen for various reasons, from water damage to unscheduled construction. In such cases, we try to re-accommodate our guests in appropriate places at the same rate as the original apartment. In cases where our own accommodation is not available, we will not be held responsible for any extra costs the client bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation. In cases where re-accommodation proves impossible, we will issue you a full refund.
