  • Rocky Mountain Tackle respects the sensitive nature of the information you provide us. Our Privacy Policy is designed to protect your personal information while maximizing your access to our services, both paid and free.
    This Privacy Policy describes how we treat the information we receive from you when you sign up for an account. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully because it governs how we use the information you submit to us. If this Privacy Policy changes in the future, we will not use the information you have submitted to us in a manner that is inconsistent with the Privacy Policy under which the information was originally collected.

How We Do NOT Use Your Information
  • Rocky Mountain Tackle does not provide or sell any sensitive user information to any third party, including email addresses, credit card numbers, billing information, street addresses, and phone numbers.  Rocky Mountain Tackle does not promote, support, or tolerate email spam!

Credit Card Information
  • Rocky Mountain Tackle is very careful with your credit card information. When you enter your credit card information, we will do so over a secure connection. We will not send your credit card information over email. If you need to send it to us, it is suggested that you submit over our secure connection.

Returns & Damaged Products
  • Rocky Mountain Tackle customer return requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Please return all products 100% complete. This includes manufacturer box, UPC label, packing materials, and accessories.
  • Return privileges are contingent upon various manufacturer policies. Rocky Mountain Tackle reserves the right to decline return requests based on those policies.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Rocky Mountain Tackle distribution center for all products being shipped back to Rocky Mountain Tackle. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by Rocky Mountain Tackle to Customer, at Rocky Mountain Tackle expense, using the same shipping method as was used by Customer to ship the original products back to Rocky Mountain Tackle. If the carrier selected by Customer is not used by Rocky Mountain Tackle, a comparable shipping method will be selected.
  • Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped back to Rocky Mountain Tackle. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, Federal Express or DHL. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.

  • Failure to return a product within the applicable return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
 
Damaged Products
  • If Customer receives damaged products, please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify Rocky Mountain Tackle immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products. Please Notify Rocky Mountain Tackle of any damaged products WITHIN THE FIRST 10 DAYS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for RMY to file a damage claim.
