A Shannon Board Permit is required to fish the Shannon
Regional Fisheries Board Midland Fisheries Group of controlled waters.

All angling waters have there own
regulations and anglers are advised to use the information provided on the
relevant web pages describing those fisheries. Anglers should acquaint
themselves with these regulations and any Bye Laws which pertain

SHARE CERTIFICATES
A Share Certificate payable to the North
Shannon Development Co-Operative Society is required to fish the
Upper Shannon and tributaries located upstream of Banagher Bridge on the
Shannon in Co Offaly. Please contact the Co-Operative Society for up
to date information on applicable rates and distributors as the Shannon Regional
