LakeSide Properties & Investments is a full service real estate company, with an emphasis on waterfront properties. LakeSide Properties & Investments is locally owned and operated and has been giving personal touch service to all of our customers. LakeSide Properties markets Residential properties in Estates and Homes, Real Estate magazine which also is part of Unique Homes, Lake Norman Properties, and various national home magazines.

LakeSide Properties updates each client weekly on showings and buyer feedback. If you are purchasing a home, we will make your transaction smoother, with information in the areas of home inspections, home warranties, attorney information and will also go the extra step for all clients and customers.

Vikki, as a real estate professional, brings dedication, expertise, and marketing skills to find your new home and sell your existing one. Vikki has been a Realtor for over 6 years. Vikki holds a North Carolina Brokers License, which requires educational hours that supersede other real estate educational requirements.

In addtion to real estate, her passions are boating, golfing and spending time at her waterfront Lake Norman home with her husband Frank and their Newfoundland, Kole. Nieces, Rachael and Rebecca, and son Shaun, also enjoy spending time at their Lake Norman home. They enjoy jet skiing, water skiing, wake boarding, and many other activities.

Vikki moved to the Lake Norman area in 1996 and founded LakeSide Properties & Investments in 2002. Vikki is a member of the National Regional Realtor Association and CMLS. Vikki is also a member of the Peninsula Yacht Club and Cowans Ford Golf Club.
