The sand dunes in southern Oregon are a popular tourist
destination for many visitors to the United States. The Oregon Sand Dunes
span an area of about 50 miles along the south central coast of the state.
Visitors can enjoy a swim in one of the many lakes or can take an
adventurous tour in a "dune buggy".
