Following a previous organic search engine optimisation campaign that, whilst reasonably successful, had failed to deliver any exceptional growth; Crafted Media set about applying a revised strategy to Workspace Group's optimisations. By targeting an all inclusive campaign of highly competitive generic phrases (such as commercial property and offices to let) in combination with more specific terms and the very niche keywords a simple re-write of workspacegroup.co.uk was completed and the improved traffic began to flow.

As the visitors to the website were finding it through a greater variety of phrases, their relevancy had also shot up as a result - bounce rates have fallen from over 40% to almost 20%. When combined with the overall increase in visitors, the result was remarkable by way of increased enquiries which have seen a rise of between two and three-fold.

On the basis of the excellent work delivered by Crafted Media's search team, Workspace Group enlisted some help with their paid campaigns through Google Adwords. By improving relevancy, the quality of the adverts themselves, the target phrases and bid positioning, average cost-per-clicks were cut from £1.00 to £0.39 in one month with visitors increasing by 81%. In the months since, value has continue to be improved with costs being reduced and overall visitor numbers increasing.
