www.Comedybingo.com is wholly owned and operated by Inpetalito Holdings Limited which is
situated in Limassol, Cyprus. It is the player’s responsibility to observe the national law of their country
regarding possible gambling prohibitions, and also that online gambling is only permitted for adults. Please
print out these rules and keep them in an easily accessible place.
Chat and Bingo Bucks Policy
To be eligible to receive Chat Bingo Bucks a deposit must be made to your account at least once
every Fourteen (14) days.
- To be eligible to receive Chat Bingo Bucks you must also purchase at least 3 cards per game
in the room you are chatting in.
- Bingo bucks are awarded at the discretion of the staff and management of Comedy Bingo.
Bingo bucks are awarded to enhance your experience and maximize your deposits, not to replace
them. Abuse of bingo bucks may result in the loss of these benefits.
- If you are awarded with Bingo bucks during a chat game, you must acknowledge the award by
saying thank you within a reasonable time frame. Failure to acknowledge an award will result
in your bingo bucks being awarded to another player.
- If you are away from your keyboard for a short period of time, notify the CM on duty when
you leave and return to the computer. If you plan to be away for a longer period of time, please
exit the chat room.
Chat sitting policy
Chat sitting happens when a player sits in a chat room but does not purchase cards for a long
period of time. Pretending to have purchased cards in a game in an attempt to collect bingo bucks
is also chat sitting. Any player found in breach will lose all bonuses earned that day.
Bonus Money
Comedy Bingo currently offers a 250% Bonus on initial deposit and up to 250% Bonus on all other
deposits depending on amount deposited. An initial deposit is the first deposit of funds made to a
player's account. Existing account holders are not eligible. All Players referring new members are
eligible for a $30 bonus on every new referred player.
All promotional bonuses are void if not claimed within 30 days of being issued. Bonuses are awarded
in the form of "Bingo Bucks." Bonus bucks are awarded to depositing players in order to enhance their deposits.
Bonus funds are eligible for play in our Casino games. This includes Slots, Video Poker, Keno and
Pull Tabs.
Any Funds won on a Free Trial Bonus are not eligible for withdrawal unless a deposit of equal or greater value has been made to the player’s account within half an hour of the bonus being issued.
Players may request funds won on free bonus monies that is not cashable to be removed so they may deposit and continue play
Chat Room Specials
Chat room specials are offered as a way of providing additional fun and chances to win for regular
players and chatters. Bonus bucks are intended to enhance the chatter's gaming experience online.
Bingo Bucks are awarded in chat to active players who are playing bingo, with a minimum purchase of 3
(three) cards. An active player is a player who has made a deposit in the past 14 (fourteen) days. Only
players who are playing bingo in the same stream the chat game is being offered are eligible to receive
bingo bucks. Bonus bucks are given at the discretion of the Chat Master according to Comedy Bingo’s
specials guidelines. Bonus money may not be withdrawn or transferred.
All depositing player’s may participate in chat games and earn chat bingo bucks to the value of 3 x their last Deposit.
Comedy Bingo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, or bonus money, if we determine that the
bonus is being abused. All bonus offers are subject to change, withdrawal or termination at any time, at the
sole discretion of Comedy Bingo.
Alias Changes
Players are now limited to ONE alias change per month (every 30 days)
Termination of Account
Comedy Bingo.com reserves the right to terminate a Member account at any time for any reason at our sole discretion.
Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to play at Comedy Bingo. Employees of Inpetalito Holdings,
Inc. may not play Comedy Bingo games.
Employees of Inpetalito Holdings Limited, their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors and
advertising, promotional or judging agencies and immediate family members of such employees are
not eligible to receive bonus bucks through chat room games or other giveaways. Immediate
family includes spouses, parents, brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters, sisters-in-law, children,
persons who live in the same household, grandparents, step-parents, step-brothers, half-brothers,
step-sisters, half-sisters, step-children and grandchildren.
No substitution of bonus bucks is offered, no transfer of bonus bucks to a third party is
permitted and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Transfers to these accounts
are also prohibited. Complimentary bonuses based on deposits may be awarded but not withdrawn.
Transfers
Transfers between accounts are not permitted. If your credit card is shared by two accounts,
please contact the Customer Service Manager for approval to transfer funds.
Prizes, Payment of Winnings, Withdrawal of Funds and Bonus Promotions
- Transactions will appear on your card statement as INPETALITO HOLDINGS LT
- Card Holders will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction
- We ensure confidential handling of all customer data received
- Payment Requests - you must submit your request for payment with a preferred payment
method, either credit card payment, check payment or bank electronic transfer. The Operator
reserves the right to choose a preferred payment method and to refuse payment if a person
claiming payment is unable to provide evidence proving their eligibility as the named account
holder and are authorized to use the payment method used for the original deposit. Fees for
Wire Transfer of Winnings to a player is payable by the player.
- Withdrawal Request - Please note that Comedy Bingo requires a withdrawal minimum of $50
USD. All bonus bucks will be forfeit upon making a withdrawal. Funds transferred will not be
eligible for withdrawal. Only one withdrawal request may be made in any 48 hour period. For

- Crediting Winnings - Winnings due on wagering conducted through your account will be added
to your current deposit balance automatically. This update of your account is not 'proof of win'.
If upon manual review there is evidence of fraud or malpractice, the Operator reserves the right to
void certain winnings and to amend player accounts accordingly. You may be contacted by us for
winnings over $5,000.
- Rounding of Winnings - The Operator uses a wager multiplier to calculate and accumulate gaming
odds and it is therefore possible that with certain games, winning payouts can be displayed for
presentational clarity having been rounded down to two decimal places to the nearest currency unit
(i.e. pence (EUR) or cents (USD and EUR)). However, the Operator's servers calculate and record the
exact decimal value of the accumulated winning payouts and members balances.
- Wagering - There is no wager requirement on Bingo Games. All side Games/Casino games require a
12(twelve) times wager of last deposit bonus received. If player has accumulated bonuses in there
account, wager will be required on total amount received before a withdrawal request will be approved.
- Referral Bonus - All referral bonus received by player must be wagered 20 (Twenty) times before
withdrawal request is made.

consistently provide you with a fair and impartial dispute mechanism in the event that a dispute occurs.

Obviously, happy customers will ensure that we win new customers and that our existing players will continue

However, please be advised that in the event of any dispute regarding a participation or a Prize, the
decision made by Comedy Bingo will be final and binding.
The relationship between the Parties as well as this Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the Government of Curacao Netherlands Antilles
Registration
Comedy Bingo.com may refuse any registration application from any person with or without cause at its
sole discretion. Two accounts per household are allowed and only one account is allowed per player. Comedy
Bingo.com reserves the right to terminate a Member account in the event that such Member provides false or
misleading Registration Information or otherwise violates any term of these Terms and Conditions. In the event
that Comedy Bingo.com terminates a Member account, all bingo bucks, which were awarded to that Member account,
will be forfeited without compensation.
You must register personally and may not register an account for anyone else. Simply complete the account
registration form, including your name, place of residence, telephone number, and valid email address. To
'Play for Real' you will also be required to enter your payment method details, your chosen password and
security question information. The name associated with your payment method (for example the name on your
credit/debit card, or e-wallet account details) must match your first name / surname at all times. You must
only use your own payment methods in your registered name to make deposits and request withdrawals.
Personal Account / Registration Acceptance
Upon Acceptance of your Registration you will be issued a personal account and confirmation of your
registration.
General Rules and Guidelines
- NO complaining. All complaints must be directed to the Help Desk so as not to disturb the
flow of chat or cause a confrontation. If you have submitted a help ticket and have not yet
received a response, please allow staff adequate time to respond to your ticket.
- NO children (persons younger than 21 years old) are allowed in chat rooms, this site is for
responsible adults only. In the event that a minor gains access to an account held by an adult,
the owner of the account will be held responsible for the minor’s actions.
- Maintain a friendly chat room by respecting others and by assisting and welcoming new chatters.
- Soliciting other players for money is strictly prohibited.
- No discussion or announcement of your account balance as this may cause other players
to feel guilty for not funding your account
- No soliciting of players for "gifts" or "loans" of money
- No soliciting of players for donations for another player
- No soliciting of winning players for funds
- This policy, as outlined above, is for the protection of all players and to maintain a
comfortable environment in our chat rooms
- Player Aliases must be in good taste and may not have the preface of CM Comedy Bingo reserves
the right to request that a player change their alias at the sole discretion of management. Should
the player refuse to change their alias within a 48 hour time period, they will be permanently
blocked from the chat rooms.
- Alias changes are limited to one every thirty days except in the event of a special promotion that
requires players to change their alias
- Since we have males in our membership, please ladies, discuss female problems when only females are in chat.
- Players should not harass, slander, libel, insult, abuse or threaten others.
- All discussion of other Bingo sites, advertising of other sites and/ or recruitment of
players to other sites is prohibited.
- Holding duplicate accounts and/or playing on another player's account are prohibited.
Only one account per person is permitted or two accounts per household.
- Players are not permitted to slander or libel Comedy Bingo Management, employees or affiliates.
Help Desk Guidelines
- All customer queries will be answered within 48 hours.
- All Complaints must be submitted via the help desk.
- Spamming of the help desk (sending repeated copies of the same message) is prohibited.
- Repeated harassment and abuse of help desk staff is prohibited.
- If you have submitted a help ticket and have not yet received a response, please do not complain in
chat that help ticket has not yet been answered.
- If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your support ticket, you may draft a help ticket
explaining your grievance and address it to Management.
- Help Tickets should adhere to the same standards as chat communications.
- All Complaints must be submitted via the help desk.

Comedy Bingo does not assume liability to members or others for any failure to enforce the
terms of this policy.
If you are found liable for violating any of the above policies, we reserve the right to
terminate the offending account immediately without further warning. In the event that Comedy
Bingo terminates an account, all bonus money will be forfeited without compensation.
Comedy Bingo reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice.
As a Comedy Bingo member you are expected to frequently review this policy and required to
abide by this policy within one week of any policy change
