Transit Police Service officers have full powers of provincial police, including the ability to arrest people for outstanding warrants, enforce drug laws, and enforce the Criminal Code outside TransLink property. The new police force issues violation tickets for fare evasion and other infractions on buses, SkyTrain, SeaBus and West Coast Express. |

Every Coast Mountain Bus Company vehicle is equipped with an on-board communication system that keeps drivers in touch with "T-Comm," a 24/7 contact point to provide support in the event of any safety and security issues. |

SeaBus
Attendants oversee the safety of passengers in terminals and on board. The Transit Police Service will conduct police patrols on vessels and terminals and attend when assistance is required.
