Anzali Lagoon, North of Iran

 

Day 1/ October 1 TEHRAN, Arrive at Tehran at 23:10, reception by our representative, transfer to Tehran Grand Hotel (4*) for a short rest. Half day city tour including visiting Iran-e- Bastan Museum, lunch dinner, overnight at hotel./BLD

Day 2/ October 2 TEHRAN- SARI, After breakfast, flight to Sari, visit the beautiful nature of Sari and surrounding, en route to Gorgan, visit Nahar Khoran Park, lunch and dinner, overnight at hotel in Gorgan./BLD

Day 3/ October 3 GORGAN- RAMSAR, After breakfast, drive to Ramsar, en route visit Namak Abrood cable car, sightseeing around the region of Ramsar to discover the mother nature, lunch and dinner, overnight at hotel./BLD

Day 4/ October 4 RAMSAR- RASHT, After breakfast, visit the beautiful Caspian Sea Coast lines, lunch, dinner, overnight at Pardis Hotel (3*) in Rasht./BLD

Day 5/ October 5 RASHT- MASOOLEH- ANZALI LAGOON, After breakfast, driving to Rasht. Visit the traditional village of Masooleh and Anzali Lagoon, lunch and dinner, overnight at hotel./BLD

Day 6/ October 6 RASHT- LAHIJAN- TEHRAN, After breakfast, driving to Lahijan, visit the beautiful nature of Lahijan and Tea plantations, lunch en route to Tehran, transfer to hotel for a short rest./BLD

Day 7/ October 7 TEHRAN- SHIRAZ, In the morning, flight to Shiraz, transfer to Parse Hotel (4*), city tour including visiting Hafez and Sa’adi (two of the great Persian Poets) Mausoleums, Arg-e- Karimkhani, Aliyebne Hamze Shrine, and lunch. In the afternoon, Afif Abad Garden and Bazaar./BLD

Day 8/ October 8 SHIRAZ- BAKHTEGAN LAKE, After breakfast, driving to Lake Bakhtegan located in the Eastern Fars. (Lake Bakhtegan is the meeting place for some of the migratory birds from other parts of the world specially Russia. This Lake is also a center for fishing),enjoying sightseeing of the mother nature and Fishing, lunch, return to Shiraz, dinner, overnight at hotel./BLD

Day 9/ October 9 MAHARLOO & PARISHAN LAKES, early in the morning drive to Maharloo & Parishan Lakes, sightseeing of nature surrounding these areas, lunch, return to Shiraz, dinner, overnight at hotel./BLD

Day 10/ October 10 SHIRAZ- FIROOZ ABAD, After breakfast, driving to Firooz Abad, visit Ardeshir castle (Sassanid period, 1700 years ago), and optional visit to Castle of Daughter (Ghal’e Dokhtar), Fire Temple, and lunch. In the afternoon, visit Naranjestan Orangery and Nasirol Molk Mosque, dinner, and overnight at hotel./BLD

Day 11/ October 11 SHIRAZ- YASOOJ, After breakfast, driving to Yasooj to visit nomad tents, visit the beautiful nature of Si- Sakht region, lunch and return to Shiraz, dinner, overnight at hotel./BLD

Day 12/ October 12 SHIRAZ- PERSEPOLIS- NECROPOLIS- PASARGADAE, After breakfast, visit Persepolis (Takht-e- Jamshid, 550 B.C.), and Necropolis (Naghsh-e- Rostam), and Pasargad (the tomb of Cyrus The Great), lunch, and returning to Shiraz. In the afternoon, optional visit to Natural History Museum/ Bazaar, dinner, overnight at hotel./BLD

Kish Island Coastline, The Persian Gulf, Iran

Day 13/ October 13 SHIRAZ- KISH ISLAND, After breakfast, flying to Kish Island, transfer to Pardis Hotel (3*). Half day city tour including a visit to Harireh ancient city, Green tree and Aquarium. Overnight at hotel./BLD

 
Day 14/ October 14 KISH ISLAND, After breakfast, optional Jet skiing, or cruising. In the afternoon, visit Kish Marine Club./BLD

Day 15/ October 15 KISH ISLAND- SHIRAZ, After breakfast, flying back to Shiraz, transfer to hotel. Optional visit to Bazaar./BLD


Day16/ October 16 SHIRAZ- YAZD,  After breakfast, driving to Yazd, en route to Yazd a visit to a 4000 year cypress tree near Abarkooh and Eagle Mountain, arrive at Yazd, transfer to Moshir Hotel (3*), dinner, overnight at hotel./BLD

Day 17/ October 17 YAZD, After breakfast, visit the Fire Temple, Silence Tower (Borj-e- Sokoot), Dolat Abad Garden, and lunch. In the afternoon, visit Cham traditional village, dinner, and overnight at hotel./BLD

Day 18/ October 18 YAZD- ISFAHAN, After breakfast, driving to Isfahan, arrive at Isfahan, transfer to Sadaf Hotel (4*). Half day city tour including Jame Mosque, Hash Behesht, Khajoo, Allah Verdi Khan Bridges, and Butterfly Park, dinner, overnight at hotel./BLD

 Day 19/ October 19 ISFAHAN, After breakfast, visit Naghsh-e- Jahan Square including Imam and Sheikh Lotfollah Mosques, Ali Ghapoo Palace, and lunch in a traditional Restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Forty columns (Chehel Sotoon), Bazaar, and dinner. Overnight at hotel./BLD

Day 20/ October 20 ISFAHAN, After breakfast, visit Vank Church, Shaking Tower, Bazaar, and lunch. In the afternoon, free time, dinner, overnight at hotel./BLD

Day 21/ October 21 ISFAHAN- NATANZ- KASHAN, After breakfast, driving to Natanz, en route visit the traditional village of Abyaneh, Fin Garden, Tabatabayi and Boroojerdi Houses, Silk Factory and lunch. In the afternoon, visit Sialk Tappeh (7000 years ago), dinner, and overnight at Amir Kabir Hotel (3*)./BLD

Day 22/ October 22 HAMEDAN, After breakfast, driving to Hamedan, transfer to Marmar hotel (3*). Half day city tour including visit Ganj Name, dinner, overnight at hotel./BLD

Day 23/ October 23 HAMEDAN, After breakfast, visit the ancient ruins of Hagmatana (first capital of the ancient Persian Empire), then proceed to visit Abbas Abad to see Darius and Xerxes inscriptions, dinner, overnight at hotel./BLD

Day 24/ October 24 HAMEDAN- TEHRAN, After breakfast, visit Ali Sadr Water Cave (the longest Water Cave in the world, located at 75 Km north-west of Hamedan). In the afternoon, drive back to Tehran, transfer to hotel for a short rest./BLD

Day 25/ October 25 TEHRAN- HOME COUNTRY, at 12:00 midnight transfer to the airport for flying back to Home Country via Europe. The tour ends here.

A brief description of a selected site included in the tour:

Iran-e- Bastan Museum is a must see Museum that one should not miss. The Museum consist of two important parts namely; pre and post Islamic era. Most items included in the Museum selected from among various excavations. The Museum include; Astronomy Equipment, Glass Work and Medical Equipment, Hall of Clay and Ceramic, Painting and Calligraphy, Quran Museum, and many more sections that attracts the interest of any travelers. In Astronomy equipment section, one can see various kind of astrolabe global and flat that dates back to 11th century to the end of Ghajar era. Mohammad Ben Hamed Isfahani, has made the oldest astrolabe which was made in 1170. In Quran Museum, one can find Qurans that were made between 10th to 14th century.
