• How far in advance should you plan a destination wedding?

  Planning your wedding far in advance allows more of your guests to budget and secure their Reservations.

• What are the legal requirements for getting married in a Caribbean destination?

  Each destination has its own requirements. Your STSVacations travel coordinator will be happy to assist you with this information.

• How can you plan your perfect wedding from afar?

  STSVacations with its experienced staff will assist you with selecting the right destination and hotel. We will be the liaison with your on site wedding coordinator. Once you have decided on your hotel, we will Confirm your wedding, then pass on all pertinent information to your on-site Wedding coordinator. From there you can plan and make decisions on flowers, catering, photography, videography, favors, cake, centerpieces, and music.

• Should you do Invitations and Save the Date card?

  These should be done well in advance to give your guest time to arrange their schedules as some might make a vacation out of it. As much information as possible should be included in both emails and or mailings.

• Should You plan activities for your guest?

  You should plan and suggest activities for early arriving and guests who extends their stay. Your STSVacations Travel Consultant will be able to assist you with planned activities for These guests.

• Does the Bride and Groom have to pay for their guest?

  No. The bridal couple does not have to pay for their guest. There will be occasions when You might elect to pay for family members or friends that will be your decision.

• Do I have to honeymoon at the same hotel/destination as the wedding?

  No you do not. As long as you satisfy the minimum stay requirement at your hotel you can change hotels or destination.
