The lines are closed or I'd call. I always call becasue I find the website help impossible to navigate. I simply want to be reminded as to how to import an OUtlook Contact Group, but is there a "search" feature, or an index of "how to's"? Nt that i can find. I find this website extremely frustrating when it comes to finding the information i need.

Could you please put a "SEARCH" feature int he help section, or if there is one, make it more obvious b/c i'm not seeing it.

Hello Truejoy,

I happen to be on the boards and saw your feedback. I'm sorry you had a frustrating experience. That is what this forum is for. Thank you for taking the time to share that with us! To answer your question, let me walk you through the steps I took to find the answer.

1. I clicked on the Help & Support tab located at the top of this site
2. On the left hand side I clicked on the "Frequently asked Questions"
3. At the top of this page you will see a search bar that you can type in kewords, I typed in "import Outlook groups"
4. It returned a result set that included your question.

Here is the link to access the FAQ directly: How to Import Outlook Groups

Hope this helps and we'll look at how to make navigating to the help easier. Have a great day!

Hi,

I typically reuse previously sent emails as a template in order to maintain continuity with our recipients. Often my message blocks are complex. I would like to be able to copy and paste message blocks within an email. Currently I need to use the code editor for copy and paste in order to acheive this.

Thanks,

from the National Lekotek Center, Chicago

SUGGESTION BOX

I send out email campaigns for our East Coast and West Coast divisions. They are separate messages. It would be really helpful if my list of emails could be sorted into folders. REALLY helpful.

thanks

You could just copy the last campaign to a new name, and edit old content out, and keep any content you want. That makes it a LOT easier to do.

I second the poster that writes that your help section is impossible to use. I seriously have a physical reaction every time I realize I need to find an answer to something. If the office is closed, I will use google to find an answer because I find it easier to get an answer than from the cc site.

Have you actually done user testing with the help section? I think the problem is that it's completely different from other help sections in other companies. Fankly, I don't care if it's better, I don't want to spend any of my time learning how you organize and have structured your help. It requires an emotional investment I'm not ready to make. As a result, I use chat & phone help. Done right, you may actually see a decrease in call activity as people can find what they're looking for.

We can start with a basic. When I click help and support from within my pages, I fully expect to see a search box that I can use to type in my question. Why don't you guys do this? So if I want to see what lists a subscriber has signed up for, I can't type in this question from anywhere in there, I first have to guess where to go:

Chat?
e-mail?
Phone?
Discussion Boards?
Blogs?

How about I just search for my question from there? Instead my logical choice (assuming your office is closed) is to "manage contacts" and there is no FAQ that relates, so now I enter key words: "seeing which lists a subscriber is subscribed to". The sytem returns with "Adding back a contact who opted out and now wants to resubscribe" and I now get frustrated and go to google and hope for the best.

Suggestion:

Please add a feature that would allow us to not only view how many people from our list have opened individual emails but also how many people, or what percentage of our entire list has opened any emails. It would help in figuring out who reads emails the most, etc.

We're hoping very much that this will be a feature you can include.

Thank you!

Suggestion, and I am not sure if this is the right place. I just wrote this as an email to customer support.

I have had an account for a while now and I have only used it once since you are missing a key feature for a contact management system. I want to be able to sort and view my contacts by name so I can add them to different lists after I uploaded them from Outlook and I am unable. I see that you are constantly updating your system, but this feature still has not become available. I don't have the time to download my file into excel and then sort it and then upload again. That is a lot of wasted time. You already define the fields for first and last name under details. Why can't you allow sorting and viewing by CONTACT names so I can stay in contact with my clients? Do you remember ALL of your contacts by email address? There is no reason for me to sort by email address when I really don't know many people by that.

Again, I have paid for Constant Contact and haven't used it because of the lack of this enhancement.
