Account Development Representative
Location: Honolulu, HI
General Summary The Account Development Representative position is responsible for maximizing the Company` revenues and profits through sales and support of Company` services to current customers, to maintain their accounts in an active status, to facilitate the customer` acquisitions of additional company services and to work in conjunction with the Account Executives and other departments in providing greater technological capabilities to existing customers. The primary duty of the ADR is intended to encourage & to insure customers remain with the company. Position reports directly to the Director of Sales.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities The Account Development Representative is responsible for, but not limited to: 1.Provide acceptable customer retention. 2.Growth of new and existing customer accounts. 3.Achieve and maintain customer base. 4.Entry level field sales customer retention position involved in order entry, maintenance, retention, and growth of new and existing customer accounts. 5.Order entry and installation coordination for PLNI product/services sales. 6.Problem solver, account developer, and liaison between the customer and other PLNI departments. 7.Pro-actively services customer accounts including on-site customer visits, coordination of service installations, billing resolution, new product introductions, and term agreements. 8.Responsible for obtaining sales referrals from customer base. 9.Responsible for customer on site visits. Therefore, must have own vehicle. 10. Performs other associated tasks and duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications - At least 1-2 years in a customer service position. - Bachelor` Degree or equivalent work experience. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Possess good organizational and time management skills. - Must have ability to listen to and to accurately relate verbal reports to actual technical or systems issues and to tactfully respond to customer. - Capable of being sensitive to customer needs and being solutions oriented. - Team oriented is essential to be successful. - Computer literate with background in Windows and Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a sales office environment. - Prior experience in a customer service position, preferably in a technical industry. - Excellent computer experience. - Previous experience in Telco or Internet industries.
