This information is not sold or released to any third party and is used exclusively for booking reservations and internal purposes such as advising you of special travel offers via our weekly email (you may unsubscribe at any time).

We contract with lodging properties in advance for volume purchases and guaranteed availability of hotel rooms and vacation rentals at reasonable prices and offer these rooms to consumers. We do not require minimum night stays for free airport transportation except during some holiday periods and for special events by some of our hotels. Upon the request of free airport transfer arrangement, the guest must give Hotelleriye.com the right and exact information about the flight details. Hotelleriye.com is only responsible for transportation from airport to hotel.
When you book a room with us, we charge your credit card for the full amount immediately. The total price is the final amount that you will be charged and includes all tax charges and service fees.

Your reservation may be cancelled at any time, subject to a $35 cancellation cost; this charge is about the bank transfer and credit card expenses.

Your reservation may be changed at any time before 72 hours without any charge.

In addition, if you do not cancel or change your reservation before the hotel's cancellation policy period, which varies by hotel (usually 24 to 72 hours prior to your date of arrival), you will be subject to a charge of one-night's room rate, tax charges and service fees. Please see the hotel description for each hotel's cancellation policy period.

Although we are trying to arrange your hotel room according to your requests, bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed.

You must present photo ID upon check-in.
