I'd like to donate stock or real estate

KWF accepts gifts of appreciated stocks, bonds, and mutual funds to support our work. Donating the full value of your shares is a quick, easy and tax-efficient way to make a lasting contribution to watersheds on the Kenai Peninsula.

A gift of real estate, whether it is a vacation home, primary residence or land, can go a long way in helping to protect our watersheds. Real estate giving is virtually no pain and no capital gain.

We recommend consulting a qualified legal or financial advisor for more information on the tax deductibility of gifts of securities or real estate.
