• Swimming Pool

  There is One 40' x 25' freshwater swimming pool (not heated). There is also One 12' diameter, 3' deep, heated Jacuzzi.

• Available Services

  Resort offers a conference room, Nanny service ($7 per hour per child) and shopping shuttle. This shuttle service runs from Coyaba to “town” three times weekly. Guests are charged a nominal fee. Alternatively, a fleet of private taxis are available for hire during regular business hours and can be accessed via the Front Desk.

• Water Sports

  All on-property water sports are non-motorized to preserve the peaceful nature of our beach area. These include sunfish sailboat, pedal boat, kayaks, pool and beach floats, snorkeling equipment, and aqua-view kickboards. On-property water sports are free to our guests. All other water sports activities are available nearby and can be accessed via the tour desk in our Lobby.

• Spa Services

  Massage and other spa treatments are available by appointment on property. Treatments are provided in our beachside gazebo or in-room. Available treatments range from manicures and pedicures to massages, facials and body scrubs. Appointments are made at the Front Desk.

• Gym/Fitness Centre

  Our open-aired fitness room is located on the western edge of the property. Available to guests are treadmills, stepper, weight machine, rower and stationary bikes.

• Recreational Activities

  There are Theme nights on Saturdays (Native Night) and Thursdays (Seafood Night)and a Manager's Cocktail Party on Tuesdays. In true British tradition, a casual complimentary afternoon tea is offered to all guests from 4pm - 5pm daily. Coyaba’s Laykold tennis court is available for guest use at no charge during the day (there is a nominal charge for lights at night). A free tennis clinic is held Mon - Sat (4-6 pm) by our visiting tennis pro. It’s a great way to meet your fellow guests and work up a sweat at the same time. Ironshore, Half Moon, White Witch (Ritz-Carlton) and Wyndham Rose Hall golf courses are a 5 minute drive. Tryall Golf Course is 40 minutes away by car.

• Children's Activities

  A full playground and swing set is available for our youngest clients. Slide down the turbo slide or rope climb the wood ramp. Guaranteed to wear out even the most energetic of them all. There is nightly entertainment during dinner, all very mellow.

Restaurants

• The Vineyard

  Open aired and trellised with flowering thumbergia vines, our main dining room is located on the east side of the lobby. This Provence-hued restaurant features freshly baked goods in the mornings accompanied by hearty breakfasts. Our more sophisticated side is shown off in the evening along with nightly entertainment to accompany an eclectic Caribbean dinner. For dinner, jackets are not required however, long slacks are requested. Breakfast served 7 am - 10:30 am. Dinner served 7 pm - 10 pm.

• Dock's Bar and Grill

  Named after our signature jetty that skirts the property, Dock's is located next to the pool and overlooks the sea. This restaurant echoes the cobalt blues and greens of our Caribbean Sea with an open kitchen serving sandwiches and salads, along with more locally exotic daily specials. Lunch served 12 noon - 6 pm.

• The Polo Grounds

  Home to equestrian memorabilia of the polo playing members of the family, this richly appointed lounge caters to those seeking country club familiarity with an Old World feel. Cool and dark, it serves a wide variety of unpretentious food and is a favorite hangout for both guests and the "in" local MoBay crowd. Located above the Lobby, The Polo Grounds is open from 6:00 pm to 12 midnight.

Resort Casual Attire: T-shirts or polo shirts, dress shorts, slacks or jeans, sundresses or skirts and similar apparel recommended. No bathing suits, please. Recommended attire for Breakfast in The Vineyard, Dinner at Dock’s Bar & Grill & Dinner in The Polo Grounds.   Main buildings have two steps to entryway. One step down to beach. There are no elevators on the property.

Wedding Information

• Wedding Package Includes:

  Marriage officer, all certificates and licenses, tropical bridal bouquet and boutonniere, 36 pictures including negatives, two tiered wedding cake, live Calypso serenade, bottle of champagne and private candlelit dinner for two on wedding night and special Coyaba wedding gift. Total Package Cost: $700 USD

• Registration and Cancellation Fees

  All documents must be filed in Kingston, Jamaica’s capital, in order for the marriage to be fully recognized. Coyaba will take care of registering all such documents provided that they are received at least one month prior to the desired wedding date. A late fee charge of $90 is charged for documents arriving after this period. A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged if the ceremony is cancelled, for any reason, less than two weeks prior to the original wedding date.

• Required Documentation

  Notarized copies of bride and groom’s birth certificates. Notarized copies of divorce or death decrees if applicable. Occupation of both candidates. Occupation of both sets of parents. Date and time of wedding. Candidates must be in Jamaica for a minimum of 24 hours.
