location descriptions

Bergy Bits, Seward, AlaskaEver imagine a place of turquoise blue waters filled with orcas, whales, puffins and porpoise, tidewater and hanging glaciers, islands with protected coves and rugged cliffs under glorious skies? Visit Kenai Fjords National Park and Resurrection Bay and your visions quickly become reality. A vast array of natural environments and ecosystems await you, from calving seventy story high tidewater glaciers which turning the waters into a slush cup of iceberg bits, to quiet protected coves where pristing waterfalls cascade into crystal clear waters. The ocean here is teeming with marine life; sea otters casually watch you as they feed on sea urchins and crab....adolescent seals following curiously as you kayak in silence....pods of resident orcas that glide through the seas in search of salmon....it's all here waiting to be discovered...by you!

Resurrection Bay and Kenai Fjords National Park are truly a kayaker's paradise--the lands where the mountains meet the sea. Remote, and accesible only by boat, the park's varied expanse awaits your exploration. The silent ripple of your kayak as it glieds along the water's surface makes each natural encounter memorable. This is our home and we are excited to provide you with the opportunity to explore this area.
