Strong wind warning south of Montague island

Synoptic Situation
A trough currently lies off the New South Wales coast with a low pressure centre off the far South Coast. This low will continue moving south tonight and on Saturday as the trough gradually weakens. Another trough will enter the state on Saturday, reaching coastal waters on Sunday.

Far North Coastal Waters, Point Danger to Wooli and 60nm seawards:
Friday until midnight: Wind: W/NW 5/10 knots. Sea: below 1 metre. Swell: E/NE about 1.5 metres.
Saturday: Wind: SW/NW up to 10 knots. Sea: below 1 metre. Swell: E less than 1 metre.
Sunday: Wind: W/NW 5/15 knots.
Monday: Wind: W'ly 10/20 knots.

Monday: Wind: W'ly 15/25 knots, reaching 20/30 knots in the far south later.
