| Traveling to the Bahamas |
| Beginning January 1, 2007, all persons travelingl to the Bahamas must have a valid Passport, NO EXEPTIONS. Over Under can not transport any passengers internationally to or from the United States, without a Passport. No Exceptions. Please do not show up at the airplane with a drivers license or Birth Certificate only. Prior to traveling with Over Under, we will ask you to complete our passenger information form found on our web-site. This information is required by U.S. Customs and must be submitted to Customs electronically, by Over Under, prior to any flight departing to or from the United States. Before boarding our aircraft you will be asked to show your passport, so that we can verify your travel documents. |

| Transportation of Hazardous Materials |
| Over Under can not transport any materials that have been deemed Hazardous to flight by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Many day to day items are actually hazardous when carried onboard an aircraft. Please check with us if you have any questions as to whether you may be transporting goods deemed potentially hazardous to flight. |

| Baggage, Loading, and Weight Limitations |
Each aircraft operated by Over Under has an indivual, unique weight limitation. These limitations must be adhered to. Over Under will ask each passenger prior to travling to specify their body weight. All luggage, both carry on and otherwise, will be weighed as it is loaded into the aircraft. Weight limitations are not flexible. The FAA frowns heavily on operators who overload aircraft, and safety is our first consideration at Over Under. Addittionally, often space, not weight, is a limiting factor. All cargo and baggage must fit in a designated baggage locker, or be securely fastened to an empty seat. Over sized items, such as large coolers and surf boards take up significant room in these baggage compartments, if they fit at all, leaving little room for much else. When able, please carry several smaller, flexible bags or coolers, as opposed to one large suitcase or cooler.
