NEW! QuickTrieve 4.11a

| Eliminates need for the adjustment file for daily
and historical download. When numbers went over 100000 a few years ago,
it was thought that having a special table of adjustments would accomodate the
occasional commodity going into these large ranges, but this method became too
difficult to maintain. Because of some minor download format changes,
this new version of QuickTrieve is able to eliminate the need for the ADJUST
file. This is an upgrade of version 4.x, so it must be installed in the
same directory as your old QuickTrieve. Download to your current
QuickTrieve directory and execute the downloaded file to decompress the
modified program files. Make sure you backup your entire QuickTrieve and
data directories before installing.

QuickTrieve 4.09g
|
| Year 2000 (Y2K) compliant QuickTrieve. Extends
numeric range of numbers from 256K to 1 million. This is an upgrade of version
4.x, so it must be installed in the same directory as your old QuickTrieve.
Make sure you backup your entire QuickTrieve and Data directories before using
this release. You MUST download and run this upgrade file prior to December 31,
1999 for the program to continue functioning properly.

QuickTrieve Add-On for non Y2K
software
|
| Additional feature added to QuickTrieve to allow
programs that are not Y2K compliant to continue functioning. It works by
creating new data files that have the data shifted back in time 28 years. This
allows older programs to read current data as though it were data prior to
2000. Download to your current QuickTrieve directory and execute the downloaded
file to decompress the modified program files. You can then press Y from the
Main Menu to access the new program that creates the time shifted data series.
Please read the file READY2K.TXT that is included in the self extracting file
for special notes on using this program.
