Gail F. Goodman
Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer

A small business expert and visionary, Gail has revolutionized the way that small businesses and organizations can effectively and affordably communicate with their customers, clients, and members. Since taking leadership of Constant Contact in April 1999, she has led the company to more than 350,000 customers worldwide and its initial public offering in October 2007, when common shares of Constant Contact began trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "CTCT." Gail was named "Executive of the Year" at the 2009 American Business Awards, and was the 2008 New England Regional winner of Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Constant Contact was named "Best Overall Company" at the 2009 American Business Awards and ranked 180 on the Deloitte 2008 Technology Fast 500.

A frequent speaker at industry events, Gail develops and tracks best practices in small business success, email marketing, customer communications, and entrepreneurship. Gail is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, a member of the Board of Directors of HubSpot, and Chairman of the Board at Constant Contact.

Gail holds a BA degree from The University of Pennsylvania and a MBA degree from Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth.


Thomas Anderson

Tom has served as a director at Constant Contact® since January 2007. He has extensive experience in consumer financial services and a deep passion for education. Recent positions he's held include senior vice president, Direct to Consumer Channel, at SLM Corporation (commonly known as Sallie Mae, Inc.) and president, CEO, and member of the board at Upromise, Inc., which was acquired by SLM Corporation in 2006.

Prior to SLM Corporation, Tom was CEO of AmeriFee, a medical finance company owned by Capital One Financial Corporation, and senior vice president of Capital One®, where he oversaw the Young Adult credit card line of business. Before joining Capital One, He was a partner at McKinsey & Company where he was part of the leadership group of the Financial Institutions Practice. At McKinsey & Company, Tom served clients in retail banking, consumer credit, and insurance. He is a former educator and has worked with Boston Public Schools and Massachusetts Special Education Reform.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and a Master of Science degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.


Robert P. Badavas
President and Chief Executive Officer, TAC Worldwide

Bob has served as a director at Constant Contact® since May 2007. He has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience. Bob is the president and CEO of TAC Worldwide, a technical staffing provider and workforce solutions resource to Fortune 1,000 and mid-market clients. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he was the executive vice president and CFO at TAC Worldwide.

Previous to TAC Worldwide, Bob was a senior partner and chief operating officer at Atlas Venture and CEO at Cerulean Technology, Inc., a venture capital backed wireless application software company. He also held several executive leadership roles at Chipcom Corporation (now 3Com Corporation), including CFO and treasurer. Bob currently sits on the Board of Directors for Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc. and Airvana, Inc. He serves as audit committee chairman for both companies' boards. Additionally, he is a member of the executive committee of the Board of Trustees of Hellenic College/Holy Cross School of Theology and the Learning Center for the Deaf of Framingham, Massachusetts.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley College, where he also currently serves as a trustee.


John Campbell

John has served as a director at Constant Contact® since March 1999. He has more than 30 years of experience in the high-tech field. His extensive industry experience includes the co-founding of Marcam Corporation, a leading developer of ERP software, in 1980. In 1990, Marcam went public reaching $200 million in annual revenue. John was responsible for operational activities, including ensuring the success of the company's services organization, overseeing international operations and managing a software company acquired by Marcam.

He sits on the board of both Canopy International, an e-business service provider specializing in enterprise and business-to-business integration, and WAM Systems, Inc., a company that provides supply chain management software for the chemical industry. John is also on the advisory boards of Vanguard Solutions, Inc., Vase, Inc. and e-tractions, Inc.


Michael T. Fitzgerald
Managing General Partner and Founder, Commonwealth Capital Ventures

Mike has served as a director at Constant Contact® since July 2000. He has more than 20 years of experience in early stage venture investing. His investment activity has focused on early stage technology and service companies with an emphasis on software as applied to a variety of markets including direct marketing. Representative investments include Centra Software (now Saba), Meca Software, The Extraprise Group, Inc., Quallaby Corporation (now IBM®), Pactolus Communications Software Corporation, Artel Video Systems Corporation, Cerulean Technology, Inc., Books24x7, Inc., Constant Contact, Inc., Gensym Corporation, I-Logix (now Telelogic), Blue Dolphin Group, and Banyan Systems Inc.

Mike is managing general partner and founder of Commonwealth Capital Ventures. Prior to founding Commonwealth, he was a general partner at Palmer Partners, the manager of three early stage venture funds. He began his career and association with the software industry at IBM.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.


Bill S. Kaiser
Partner, Greylock Partners

Bill has served as a director at Constant Contact® since May 2006. He has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and venture investing. Bill is a general partner at Greylock Partner, a venture capital firm. He joined Greylock in 1986 after a seven-year career in sales and marketing with Hewlett-Packard (now HP) and Apollo Computer, Inc. (now HP). He currently sits on the boards of Lumigent Technologies, Inc., Red Hat, Inc., Full Capture Solutions, Inc., and WildTangent, Inc.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.


Dan T. H. Nye

Dan has served as a director at Constant Contact® since April 2009. He has more than 20 years of experience in the high-tech field with a focus on online software and services. He recently served as CEO of LinkedIn where he led the start-up through dramatic growth to become the world's largest and most effective business network.

Prior to that, Dan spent nearly five years as executive vice president and general manager at Advent Software, a leading provider of software and services for the global investment management industry. Dan was a member of the executive team that completed a successful turnaround of the company; restoring double-digit annual revenue growth, broadening the product line and improving customer relationships. Before joining Advent, Dan served as vice president and general manager of Intuit's Small Business Division and vice president of its International Division. In these roles, he managed the QuickBooks business, a number of online products and Intuit's businesses outside of the United States.

Dan holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Hamilton College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. He is currently a member of the Hamilton College Board of Trustees.
