How It Works

SharePoint Archive is compatible with SharePoint Server 2003 and 2007. We use our SharePoint Connector to collect files from your selected sites within your SharePoint instance and then relay them to the LiveOffice archive. Your administrator can choose to schedule collection runs on a pre-determined schedule or as new versions of files are checked into your SharePoint site(s). Each item is copied and stored in the archive along with file details, including user permissions to the original file, the folder path of the item and the date and time it was last modified. All items are fully indexed in the archive, making it easily searchable for legal discovery or other investigation purposes. In addition, your end users can access their personal, previously deleted SharePoint files for easy reference.
