As a certified WBE, Visionary Web Design strengthens its mission to be a technology leader in North Central Indiana. The process to become a WBE includes extensive reviews of company records, practices, structure, and management by State agency staff. The purpose of the certification program is to provide minority and women’s business enterprises equal opportunity in state procurement and contracting processes.
