Visionary Earns Important State Certification

Wabash, October 2, 2006 – Wabash based Visionary Web Design, LLC, which operates as
Visionary Enterprises and Visionary Computers, has been awarded certification as a Women’s
Business Enterprise (WBE) by the State of Indiana’s Minority and Women's Business Enterprises
Division. As a certified WBE, Visionary Web Design strengthens its mission to be a technology leader
in North Central Indiana.

The process to become a WBE includes extensive reviews of company records, practices,
structure, and management by State agency staff. The purpose of the certification program is to
provide minority and women’s business enterprises equal opportunity in state procurement and
contracting processes. For 2006, the State of Indiana’s goal for WBE participation in state professional
contracts is 5%. This means that the State works to ensure that at least 5% of every contract awarded is
subcontracted to a WBE.
