Formally known as Visionary Web Design, the company was founded in 1997 by Christina and Mark Sapusek as a small home-based business. In late 2006 the company officially dropped “Design” from its name to better reflect the full range of web related services provided to customers.

Visionary Web is a fully owned division of NCI Ventures, LLC. NCI Ventures is a family of technology related companies at the forefront of Indiana’s emerging information economy. Other divisions include Visionary Computers and Fast Start Web.

NCI Ventures is certified as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) by the State of Indiana. As such, NCI Ventures, and its subdivisions, can help customers meet diversity requirements required by government agencies and socially aware corporations.

Mark Sapusek

Technical Project Manager

As the technical project manager, Mark will work with your team on the technical and artistic aspects of your project. With over twelve years of experience in the industry, Mark is well prepared to lead your development team in creating a great website. Mark holds a BFA in Fine Arts from Ball State University. He is also one of the owners of Visionary Web.

Scott Munday

Lead Web Programmer, CMDBA

Scott will provide the dynamic interaction needed for your website. By working with cutting-edge programming languages and tools, Scott will make sure your website runs smoothly. Scott holds a BS in Computer Science from Indiana Tech. He also has completed his CMDBA certification.

David Gable

Web Programmer

As a member of the programming sub-team, David works closely with Scott Munday to create advanced functionality and features. David is a graduate of Grace College with a BS in Management of Information Science and a BS in Mathematics.

Toby Sapusek

Lead Developer

Toby will work closely with the project manager to make sure all your expectations are exceeded. He is in charge of implementing any software needed for your site, such as the content management system outlined below. Toby will also be in charge of managing any ongoing support services you decide to utilize. Toby holds an AA and BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Purdue University.

Greg McConahay

Web Consultant

Greg is a graduate of Ivy Tech and holds an Associate's Degree in Information Systems. Greg works with clients to develop web site strategies and also provides maintenance and support services.

Michael Middleton

Web Designer/Graphic Designer

Michael is a graphic designer with more than 10 years of graphic design experience. Michael has worked in the print and newspaper industries prior to coming to Visionary Web.

Ron Garlits

Ron Garlits has a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University. Ron has been involved in many assets of business including finance, entrepreneurism and has a diverse background. Ron specializes in multi-media solutions.
